We were LIVE from the UK Black Business Show 2022 talking with the main man and founder of the Show, Raphael Sofoluke.

Raphael took his idea and turned it into one of the biggest trade shows in Europe in just five years.

And he still had time to write Twice As Hard - an exploration of Black identity in the working world - which he co-authored with wife Opeyemi.

We spoke to Raphael about the show, upcoming events and why he put all the hard work in.
